JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited within seconds. Bank transfers and card payments may take a few minutes depending on the bank. If your deposit hasn't appeared after 15 minutes and the payment has been deducted from your account, contact support with the transaction reference number and they'll trace it.

Most bonuses require wagering to be completed before withdrawal — attempting to withdraw before meeting the requirement typically results in the bonus and any related winnings being forfeited. If you'd prefer not to complete wagering, you can choose to forfeit the bonus from your account dashboard, which will unlock your deposited funds for withdrawal.

First confirm that your deposit met the minimum qualifying amount and was made within the promotional window. For cricket, this means markets like next wicket, next over runs and current run rate change with every delivery. You place bets the same way as pre-match — select your market, enter your PKR stake and confirm. In-play markets are sometimes briefly suspended around significant moments like wickets falling.

For matches that don't reach the minimum number of overs required for a result under DLS, most bets are voided and stakes returned. If a result is declared via DLS method, bets are usually settled based on the official result. In-play bets placed before interruption may be settled differently depending on when they were placed and the specific market rules. Settlement rules are in the full Sports Betting Terms.

Most pre-match bets are settled within a few minutes of the final result being confirmed. In-play bets on completed markets — like a specific over's runs — are typically settled as soon as that part of the match is finished. Winning returns are added to your PKR balance immediately after settlement. If a bet hasn't settled within a couple of hours of the match ending, contact support.
